Returns
Regular Priced Items: All regular priced items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of purchase date. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 20 day period.
All return or exchange items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been worn, or sustained damage by the customer will not be accepted. We will not accept washed items. If an item is deemed unable to return by Arche Tree Clothing, we will refuse it, and ask that the customer pays to have it returned to them.
If you would like to exchange or return a purchased item, the return/exchange form will be included on the back of your [Plus] One Tree card in an attempt to help make the process easier for you, as well as reducing our impact on the environment.
Sale or Discounted Items: No returns or exchanges on items that are on sale. Promotional discount items may be exchanged but will be non-returnable.
Note: We do not reimburse shipping costs that the customer may incur during the exchange or return process.
